Beaucoup d’activités à proximité (randonnées pédestres, ski de fond et ski alpin, raquettes, spas nordiques, etc). A 5 minutes de marche de la rue Principale d’Eastman , avec de fabuleux petits commerces à découvrir !
Grande fenestration qui donne sur le lac et les couchers de soleil. Détente assurée !
Le chalet compte 8 places pour dormir, mais la 3e chambre composée de 4 lits superposés est plutôt pour enfants. Nous déconseillons les groupes de 8 adultes.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Only registered guests who are included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the chalet. Please note that the prices displayed are for 4 people and that there is a charge for each additional person. Make sure you book for the right number of travelers.

  • Exterior fires can only be made at the designated location. The fire must be completely extinguished if left unattended. Fireworks are prohibited at all times.

  • Do not throw anything in the sinks, sinks, toilets and bathtubs, likely to obstruct the pipes, otherwise the costs incurred for the return to service will be charged to you.

  • All types of smoke are prohibited in the chalet. Any additional cleaning costs related to the presence of smokers will be automatically deducted from the deposit.

  • Parking on the street or on the grassy area of the property is not permitted.
  • *
  • The tenant and his guests agree to respect the premises and the neighborhood by adopting reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. At all times, an acceptable noise level must be observed, both indoors and outdoors.

  • The tenant agrees to return the property to the same condition as on arrival. The furniture and objects available must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.
  • *
  • Please notify us of any damaged or broken items during your stay. Minor breakages are part of the rental and we will not charge our customers for these. However, any material damage during the rental period caused by the tenant or his guests is the responsibility of the tenant and must be reimbursed. We reserve the right to withdraw the amount due from the security deposit.
