This spacious and welcoming chalet is on 2 floors
On the ground floor, the living environment will allow you to enjoy good times in good company with its kitchen, dining room and living room with wood fireplace. You will also find one of the 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
On the garden level you will find the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd complete bathroom with ceramic bath and shower.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Le locataire principal doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus et doit être présent pendant toute la durée du séjour. Il est responsable du comportement de toutes les personnes présentes sur les lieux.
- 2. Nombre d'invités
- Seuls les invités enregistrés dans la réservation sont autorisés à séjourner au chalet. Tous les invités doivent être déclarés lors de la réservation, et le tarif sera ajusté en fonction du nombre d’invités. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer si le nombre d'invités dépasse celui prévu initialement.
- 3. Animaux
- Un maximum de 2 chiens est autorisé par séjour. Ils doivent être supervisés en tout temps. Des frais s’appliquent pour les animaux de compagnie et doivent être ajoutés à votre réservation. Des règles spécifiques seront communiquées concernant la gestion des animaux pendant le séjour, et elles doivent être respectées pour garantir la sécurité et le confort de tous.
- 4. Interdiction de fumer
- Il est strictement interdit de fumer, quel que soit le type de substance, à l'intérieur du chalet. Des frais de nettoyage seront automatiquement déduits du dépôt si de la fumée est détectée.
- 5. Feux extérieurs
- Les feux au sol sont strictement interdits. Un endroit extérieur prévu à cet effet est disponible dans l'espace commun du domaine Méli. Le feu doit être éteint s'il est laissé sans surveillance.
- 6. Feux d’artifice
- Les feux d’artifice sont interdits en tout temps.
- 7. Respect des lieux et du voisinage
- Le locataire et ses invités s’engagent à respecter les lieux ainsi que le voisinage. Les bruits doivent être maintenus à un niveau raisonnable, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
- 8. Fêtes et événements
- Les fêtes, soirées ou rassemblements sont interdits sans autorisation.
- 9. Instructions de départ
- Nous vous demandons de suivre les instructions de départ qui vous seront fournies. Les meubles doivent être remis à leur emplacement d'origine. Des frais peuvent être appliqués en cas de nettoyage excessif ou si les instructions de départ ne sont pas suivies.
- 10. Environnement forestier
- Le chalet étant situé en pleine forêt, il peut arriver que de petits animaux ou insectes fassent leur apparition malgré nos efforts pour maintenir l’endroit propre et sûr, notamment grâce à nos équipes d’extermination. Nous vous demandons de ne pas laisser portes et fenêtres ouvertes sans protection (comme les moustiquaires), afin d’éviter l'intrusion de ces animaux et d'assurer un séjour confortable pour tous. Nous comptons sur votre vigilance pour contribuer à maintenir un environnement agréable.
- 11. Dommages
- Nous comprenons que des accidents peuvent arriver. Merci de nous informer de tout dommage survenu durant votre séjour. Tout dommage causé par le locataire ou ses invités sera à la charge du locataire.
