Nestled near the border between Tuscany and Umbria, this 2-bedroom family farmhouse for 6 pax is part of a small family farm where wine and oil are produced around the house. The owners live on the upper floor and offer delightful wine tours to local vineyards. The property offers the ideal package to enjoy an intimate and laid-back vacation with family and friends. The sun-washed retreat welcomes guests of all ages and offers a private pool in a tranquil, private garden. This is completed by open-air dining and BBQ in a traditional, 12 sqm loggia and long, soul-soothing views of the valley to create the perfect holiday moments with loved ones.
Inside, the well-equipped house, you will find a fully-fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker (mokka) and oven, alongside an HD TV and a dining table for 6 pax. This is adjoined by a cosy lounging area with a reading corner, ideal for relaxation. Both bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms for total comfort and convenience. The owner occupies the upper floor of the retreat. However, the pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.

Heating, in wintertime or if necessary due to weather must be paid on the spot.
Tourist tax of € 0.80/ person/ day for up to 5 days has to be paid on the spot. Guests up to 12 years old are exempt from tax payments.
A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 must also be paid on the spot.
