Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Feel right at home in this spacious two bedroom flat in the heart of Barcelona. The space measures 90 square meters, with high ceilings and elegant moldings adding to the grandiosity of the space. Upon entering the flat, you will notice the unique decoration from the hanging fabrics to the rattan details. The kitchen located directly next to the entrance is fully equipped with state of the art cooking utensils and appliances. Next to the kitchen comes the second bedroom, with a queen sized bed and new linens. Down the hallway, there is a large living room flooded with natural light. The space comes with a dining area, which doubles as a cozy work from home space. The indoor patio and the vibrant green plants create an open air atmosphere throughout the space. The master bedroom, located next to the living room, comes with a walk-in-closet for all your storage needs. There are two bathrooms in the flat, both with rain shower head systems, and fresh towels. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The apartment comes with a washing machine and dishwasher. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and fans in one bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
