This spacious apartment with capacity for 8 people is located on the third floor of a building with a lift.
Offers three cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for comfortable rest. The two full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy. The spacious living-dining room features a double sofa bed, providing flexible occupancy options.
The kitchen, with a modern design and fully equipped with cooking utensils and various appliances, invites the preparation of delicious meals with family or friends.
Equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a pleasant environment in any season.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
