Villa Perla is a newly built non-smoking private retreat with a contemporary guest house with 3 bedrooms and a separate stone guest house with 2 bedrooms providing some extra privacy. The property offers an open plan living / dining area with a fire place and a fully equipped kitchen. You can peacefully enjoy one of the garden rooms, lounging areas or have a well-deserved swim in the sealt base infinity pool enjoying amazing Mediterranean Sea views. You can have direct access to the sea by a private path.Elegant natural stone floors flowing from indoor to outdoor areas with very large sliding glass doors allows for a seamless inside – out living experience. Enjoy family gatherings on comfortable designer couches surrounded by contemporary art. On the ground floor of the main villa there is a en-suite master suite with a king size bed, alfresco shower, gorgeous sea views and outside a fully furnished covered terrace for sitting on a hot summers night.On the second floor which you can access with the elevator or the staircase there is a second en-suite master suite with king size bed ( 2m*1,80m), sea views and access to the spectacular garden.The third bedroom has a king size bed, an amazing sea view and covered terrace. The guest house offers an additional open plan living/dining area, equipped kitchen, and three bedroooms (2 twin beds convertable on king size beds and 1 king size bed). All bedrooms in the guesthouse have their own bathrooms.
