Luxurious villa in the area of Koundouros in Kea at Greece, is an impressive property that combines comfort and luxury with absolute tranquility and sea views. It is located on a hill, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the 360o view of the Aegean Sea from every corner of the house. It features spacious rooms decorated in a modern and elegant style. Large windows allow natural light to enter the home, creating a bright and pleasant environment. The property is most of the flat, with large outdoor spaces, with large Kalamotes where one enjoys a super comfortable living room and a large dining area. There are three large bedrooms with separate toilets / showers in the edge of the house. In the middle there is a large living room with a dining table with a fireplace in an open plan space as well as a large fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub in one of the three bedrooms.
Outside there is a large BBQ and on the lower level very large space with a bar and a seating area overlooking the sea and specifically the bay of Koundouros and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.
An area with expensive, unique aesthetic detached houses, with privacy and direct access to the beach of Koundouros, where one can enjoy food Coffee or drink in the luxurious restaurants /bars /cafes combined with water sports or just sunbathing on the sun loungers on the sand.
