Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum. - No smoking - 1 Dog is permitted if weighs less than 50 lbs. Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 are not permitted. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking.
