An elegant complex of three stone-built residences on Paros, just a short walk away (70 m) from the lovely sandy beach of Lolantonis, on a hill with a breathtaking view.  The complex is located in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive and fig trees and vegetable garden. Built outside the settlement, it allows the visitors to listen to the sound of the waves and the wind; to let their mind wander as they stare out to sea; and gaze at the starry night sky. At the same time, you are only a short distance from some of the most popular beaches on the Paros island, such as ‘Chrysi Akti’ and ‘Pounta’, as well as charming traditional villages, such as Dryos and Marpissa.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
