Our brand new luxury house is conveniently located exactly opposite the beautiful Sandy Beach of Skisma & just 50 metres from the Centre of Elounda with Its bars, restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. Directly opposite you will also find on the edge of the sandy beach a fantastic children’s playground. We pride ourselves on our personal service throughout your stay from the time we meet you on arrival until we say ‘see you again’ before your departure. The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with room for an extra person in the living area. We accommodate infants & the house has a maximum occupancy of 5 adults. With one double bedroom and one bedroom which can be either twin or double plus a luxury sofa bed in the living area the house has maximum comfort for everyone. A choice of pillows are available, with luxurious bed linen and plenty of space for all your holiday essentials to be stored away we have everything you need. A full kitchen is available for your unlimited use & comes complete with Full Oven, Hobs, Kettle, Nespresso Machine (capsules provided ), and all utensils for your stay. Dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for up to 6 people... with fantastic views and lots of natural lights it’s the perfect area to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner.The Living area consists of a large corner sofa- which can be used as a bed for the 5th person, with TV and a beautiful sea view through the large windows. Our last area to tell you about is the large balcony. With spectacular views and our beautiful outdoor jacuzzi its easy to say the location is amazing. The Jacuzzi comfortably seats 3 people, and can be used with hot or cold water which is perfect to compliment our summer season & weather. With brand new modern amenities & appliances in the house, comfortable rooms & great living space the house is a perfect place to enjoy as a couple, with friends or family.
