Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Guests who want to explore the iconic old city of Barcelona will find themselves right at home in this incredible modern duplex. The apartment is recently renovated and all furniture is new with industrial finishings for a contemporary interior design that is both unique and stylish.
The flat also boasts a beautiful 25 m² private terrace flanked by tropical plants and cactuses where guests can work, dine, and relax outdoors. The terrace has a tented lounge area with hanging lamps and comfortable couches to take in Barcelona’s enchanting night sky.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
