We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Pulling from its Sumatra roots, this 3 bedroom, two-bathroom home is an Indonesian dreamscape in the heart of Barcelona. Sipura shines throughout all 101 square meters while offering supreme location to guests looking to get acquainted with the Dreta de l’Eixample neighborhood. Peruse through the shops on Passeig de Gracia or revel in the historical sights of Placa de Catalunya, Sipura’s surroundings offer something for everyone. Once inside the home, the entrance branches off into two hallways. The glass sliding doors on the left open up to Sipura’s kitchen. Recessed lighting and high ceilings make the kitchen luminous while the modern appliances and essential cooking utensils create a space for utility and gastronomy. Walking straight through the kitchen or directly down the left hallway both lead to the open-concept living and dining area. Large french doors let light into the spacious living area complete with a full entertainment system and balcony. A couple of steps to the right of the space offers a sultry four-person dining experience with radiant, rattan-style lighting and bamboo thatched seating. The room is complete with a lush interior balcony. Canopy ceiling drapings and leafy palms create a space perfect for relaxation. Enter the divine ensuite bedroom through the sliding doors to the right of the dining room. This bedroom plays with green hues with the sage accent wall behind the queen-sized bed and vintage, lime seating at the dedicated workstation in the left corner of the room. The french doors reveal Sipura’s second balcony. The first door to the right offers a walk-in closet while the second door to the right leads to the ensuite bathroom. Travertine tile lines the space while a sleek, slate-colored design fills the walk-in shower. Across the kitchen, a dual storage and sitting room offers guests full functionality. Floor-to-ceiling closet space lines the right of the room while plush seating at the far wall offers another option for remote work or relaxing. The far end of the hallway to the left reveals the detached bathroom. Rich in clean design and smooth details, the bathroom’s shower-tub combination adds to the spa-like experience of the space. Straight down the hallway is the final bedroom. The handcrafted armoire to the right offers ample storage space while the dedicated workstation adjacent is exemplary of function and flare with its vintage furnishings. A unique, natural fiber wall hanging frames the queen-sized bed. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
