Villa Marouli is a luxurious villa, fully renovated recently. Built in 1426 it has been classified as a historical monument by the Greek Archaeological authorities. It is situated on a hillside just 6 km from the city of Rethymnon, in the historic village of Maroulas, just 3km (1,8 miles) from some of the best beaches in the North coast of the island. The villa on an outstanding site has a magnificent sea-view, creating a holiday villa with a difference. Maroulas village has been classified as a ‘heritage’ site. Most of its buildings date back to at least the Venetian era. It is, however, also a living, breathing community. The village has two tavernas and two kafeneions (coffee shops). Guests can also easily find around plenty of possibilities for meals. There is a bus connection to Rethymnon, twice a day. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
