Villa Myra is a lovely, sea view 3-bedroom residence next to the sandy beach, a few steps from the sea, in the area of Kokkini Chani. The luxury villa is designed in 2 levels and covers a total area of 200 square meters. The modern-designed living room with the fireplace lounge impresses by the unlimited Cretan sea views on the ground floor. An open plan fully-equipped kitchen and a wc are also available on this floor. Three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are provided on the upper floor. A small sitting rooms is also available upstairs.
On the exterior, all guests may relax in the furnished garden that covers 400 square meters by enjoying the great sea views and may also have the chance to use the BBQ facilities. Villa Myra also provides a 50 inch TV LCD, 3 air-conditions, a dishwasher, a washing machine, security system and free wireless internet.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
