Outside the living room there is a 30 sq/m furnished sunbathing terrace with awe-inspiring panoramas of the Aegean sea. The exquisite 3-bedroom villa is designed over two floors to the highest standards. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is comprised of a comfortable queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom complemented by a 40” flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private balcony with radiant blue views. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony leading to the outer area. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, storage area and laundry room. Standard amenities are complemented by a flat-screen televisions and staples of luxury toiletries. Aeakus outer area is evenly split in 2 levels. The first level has direct access to the main pool and a lounge area which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The second level has a fully equipped outer dining table which hosts 6 guests and a fully fledged lounge area with a built-in sofa, lounge chairs and a suspended chair. Each villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its guests. The private parking area is only accessible with a remote control provided to our guests during check in. The villas are ideally located at Petaloudes – Glisidia in the southern part of the island, just 4 kilometers away from the Airport and 7 kilometers away from Paroikia, the main port of Paros.
