Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Newly finished 4 bedroom designer villa with garden and pool only minutes from the centre of Cannes. This recently renovated designer villa offers stylish interiors throughout with views over the lovely outside spaces, garden and pool. The villa’s main entry opens onto the elegant open living areas and well equipped kitchen, large window doors open onto a terrace for outside dining and views over the garden with heated 12x3m pool, leading through to a dining area with seating for 8. On the same level guests will find a spacious Master bedroom suite with king sized double bed and complete shower room. Steps lead down to the garden level with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a king sized double bed, doors open to a small terrace, same for bedroom 3, both bedrooms share a family bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. The forth bedroom is located on the same floor with its own shower room. Amenities include secure off street parking for up to three cars, table tennis and alarm system.
