Villa Amaya is located right at the entrance of one of the world’s heritage sites: Oia. It provides a romantic hideaway as it offers absolute privacy and serenity in Santorini, the most dramatic and breathtaking of all the Greek islands. Build on Oia’s most famous cliffs, it offers dazzling views towards the volcano and the whole of the island. The Amaya Windmill History is 180-200 years old. It was used to make bread and provide the island of Santorini. It was one of the few buildings to survive the earthquake in 1956.
Villa Amaya is part of a residential complex, in the Perivolas area of Oia, with private entrance from the main street. The distance between the villas is only 60m which makes them the perfect retreat for parties of friends or family and for social events especially for weddings. It can be rented independently or together with Villa Cave-Amaya.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
