Athria villa is situated in the ground floor of the complex and has one private veranda. You can enjoy partly the sunset laying down on your lounging area or from you pool. Half of the outdoor swimming pool is placed under a dome while the rest of it is free to the sky, thus by swimming or lying down on the lounging area, you can enjoy a partial glimpse of the wonderful Santorinian sunset. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen has a dining table and connects to the living room. Athria villa offers two bedrooms with king-size beds, which have extremely soft mattresses. This ethereal villa captivates the true essence of a relaxing vacation, in its stylish indoors and exquisite outdoors, where you will enjoy endless moments of utter privacy, admiring the sea and the colors of nature.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
