Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A beautiful family villa, full of charm, with five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, large family room and AC in some of the bedrooms . The villa is located in a peaceful garden with swimming pool and large poolhouse, conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15mn walk to La Croix Valmer and its restaurants and local shops. This is a beautiful and very spacious villa which has recently been tastefully redecorated.and will delight every guest. This house is in a private domain, with 2 driveways and sits in a large landscaped garden where local mediterranean essences, citrus trees, palm trees and pine trees providing shade, colour and delightful scent. The entrance to the house opens onto a spacious living room,/dining room, flooded by natural light. This family room is very warm, with a very large sofa, in front of a fireplace and a TV den in the corner with fun oversize bean bags for the kids to relax on. The dining area offers seating for 10 guests in this bright and joyful room. The kitchen is fully open onto the family room, enabling guests to chat with the cook and partake in an aperitif together. The kitchen is in pristine condition and fully equipped with induction hot plates, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a large covered terrace next to the kitchen and dining area, housing a large table for alfresco dining, and a summer lounge to enjoy an evening drink among friends on the terrace. Because the front terrace is not fenced, we do not recommend this property for families with children under 5 years old There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with AC :a large double with queen size bed, ensuite shower room and walk-in closet; one for children with trunk beds (it can be either a single or a double) A second bathroom is in the hallway for bedroom 2. The lower level houses another 3 bedrooms without AC: 2 double (with 160cm bed) sharing a bathroom in the corridor with large shower, vanity and a separate WC. The 5th bedroom has a 160cm bed and an ensuite shower room. The outdoor area offers a secluded pool area with a lovely flat lawn, 10x4 pool with security cover, lounge chairs on the surrounding decking and a great poolhouse with summer kichen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink, dining area in the shade or on the decking. Let’s not forget the quintessential petanque court so guests can truly enjoy the South of France lifestyle. There is a large garage for 2 cars and 2 additional cars can park in the driveway The villa will be a great haven for families and friends who want to enjoy a peaceful rest while being only 5mn drive to the beach clubs on plage du Débarquement or 10mn by car to Gigaro beach and 15mn by car if guests want to sample the Saint Tropez and Pampelonne glitzy life.
