In a 2-acre, privately owned land and a 10’ drive from the city of Chania, the two similar villas are opening their doors to guests who are looking for privacy, state of the art amenities and 5-star facilities. The villas, designed to a tee, are made for large groups looking for pleasurable, comfortable and unforgettable moments. Villa Austere spreads on three floors starting from the lower floor all the way up to the 1st floor, measuring a total of 200m². On the ground floor one will find an open plan layout that includes, the living space with its large sliding doors, a corner sofa, a 50” LG smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and the dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
