The vision to take luxury hospitality in Mykonos back to the roots that made the island famous was finally realized with the transformation of Villa Kyara Complex in Mykonos from private property to touristic accommodation. The first step was to find the ideal location: a place where the sun meets the sky and sea, a picturesque area with lots of privacy and glorious vistas, an idyllic setting like Lino which remains still today unspoiled. The Complex consist of two 180 sq.m. identical villas with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each and a guest house with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In total 10 bedrooms with maximum capacity 24 guests by adding extra beds since normal capacity is 20 guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
