Hotel Villa del Palmar is located 2 min away from Mantarraya´s Complex and it has 4 different restaurants (Danzante, Market, Casa Mia & Club house) which you can totally visit them through out the Hotel Front Desk, where they will provide a bracelet for free to get access to the Restaurants, Spa and Golf course. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. Important note: The development will begin construction of their new 5-star boutique hotel starting in January, which may cause some noise around the building. Contact us for more information during your planned stay! To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
