This contemporary property takes up the whole third floor of the building, and is served by a lift, making it accessible for those with limited mobility. It’s in a great location too, just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre, the ski school and in the summer, a wonderful natural swimming lake where the water is filtered by aquatic plants! The spacious living area has doors to a sunny balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. The four bedrooms are off the sides of the apartment, under the eaves. There are three double rooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, and a room with three single beds which is perfect for children. This well-planned apartment has everything you need for a mountain holiday - including a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc! Combloux has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, with more in nearby Sallanches. WIFI, cleaning, towels & linen included. SECURITY DEPOSIT We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
