SPACIOUS VILLA in a quiet and reserved location, convenient to the numerous and splendid beaches of the San Teodoro area, first among all La Cinta, only 5 minutes away by car and also reachable on foot by ’cutting’ straight through the lands in front of the property. Located in the Suaredda area, the house is a four-room property surrounded by ample outdoor space, all developed on a single floor. Internally, it consists of a living area with a living-dining room with a sofa and a small kitchen, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with single beds which can be joined together to form a double bed if needed, and two bathrooms with showers. Completing the property is the veranda where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and eat outdoors while enjoying the equipped barbecue area, the large private garden, and a parking space. Amenities include: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven, microwave, mosquito nets throughout the structure, outdoor shower, barbecue, and parking space. It’s the perfect holiday home for everyone: for families with children given the tranquility of the area where it is located and the outside where they can play safely, as well as for young people or two couples due to the presence of the two complete bathrooms. The center of San Teodoro, with all its entertainment, bars, and clubs, can be reached in a few minutes, as well as all other main services. The holiday home, as well as being convenient to La Cinta beach which is approximately 1100 meters away in a straight line; it is also ideally located for visiting the lively surrounding tourist resorts, such as Porto Taverna, Porto San Paolo, Capo Ceraso, Golfo Aranci, or the jewel of the Costa Smeralda, as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, all of which are in the area: Cala Brandinchi / Tahiti, Baia Salinedda, Cala Suaraccia / Le Farfalle, to name just a few.
