The entire top floor of the Riverhouse building. Each bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom with heated floor. The penthouse has complete laundry facilities, two decks overlooking the village, secure wireless internet access and six flat screen HDTVs. There are two fireplaces; one is wood burning and one is gas. The unit has been professionally decorated in a comfortable western style with museum quality Native American art. There is heated underground parking, free ski storage near the base of the new Village Gondola, and a private elevator entrance. This residence does not have air conditioning. Property Manager is our full time property manager. They provide check-in, concierge, maintenance, and can answer all of your questions. You will check- in with a live person keys not left under a mat, Secure payments are made through Property Manager, a real estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. Stays of 6 nights or more include a free checkout clean.
