The Neighborhood
The Catskill Mountains are located in southeastern New York state. The area is nirvana for outdoor enthusiasts, with ski resorts including Hunter Mountains and Belleayre Mountain. Many people also flock to the area for its rich wildlife and hiking trails. The Hudson River School Art Trail includes the Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill village, plus sites like Kaaterskill Falls and Sunset Rock. If you prefer a day of browsing and shopping over a day on the slopes or trails, there’s plenty for you to enjoy, too! Each downtown area of these quaint towns has a plethora of unique shops, from antiques, to crafts, to gifts, and vintage and designer clothes. You won’t go hungry in Catskills, either! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
