The Home
The villa is newly built and it hosts up to 10 people in its 200 sq. m. Its part of a complexion, two twin villas in floor layout and amenities next to each other. It has a large living space with all modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 8 people. There is also a large double bedroom with a comfortable bathroom. On the first floor you can find a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa you can find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a siting area, a playroom and one bathroom with waching machine.
The pool area is amazing. The rather small swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a small area for relaxing but since its situated only 200m away from the beach, then it might not be necessary.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
