The 1 hectare farm is situated on the northern traditional terraces of the beautiful and wild island of Kea. Overlooking the Aegean sea with a panoramic view -west to north. Combining the allure of rural nature, the farm is within easy reach of the popular destinations on the island. It is 4 km from the port, 5 km from the main village and 4 km from the lively yachting quay of Vourkari. It is also adjacent to an ancient stone footpath (“steni”) connected to a network that runs all over the island.
A panoramic view of 180 degrees encompasses Evoia, Attica, Makroniso, Peloponnesus and the main sea thoroughfare in between. In front of the farm you can see the low hills and the valley of Fotimari covered in almond groves and grazing fields.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
