Villa Acorn, in the island of Kea, is 8 km from the port of Korissia and 2 km from the capital Ioulis. It is situated at the west side of the island, on the road connecting Ioulis with the South of the island (near the beautiful beaches of Poisses and Koundouros). The villa stands in a terrain of about 5000 m2 with oak trees. It offers a magnificent 180 degrees south-west-north view, which features Cape Sounion, the island of Makronissos and the eastern mainland coast and an idyllic rural landscape in the foreground. A hill with a small whitewashed church is a landmark that adds a scenic touch to the picturesque landscape. The sunset view is breath-taking.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
