The villa, which is 400sq meters, is set on a 7,000sq meters plot of land, offering amazing sea and sunset views. The property is 3.5 kilometers from the port of the island, 800 meters of which is a dirt road. The villa offers everything one would want in a vacation home, from an interior games room, with a Billiard table, Ping Pong table and football table , to a basketball court at the far end of the grounds and a large swimming pool. First floor (Entrance): Very large living room with high ceilings and a fireplace, a dining area with a table for 8 to 10 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On this floor there is also a large bedroom and a bathroom.
Second floor: Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom. Separating the two bedrooms and the master bedroom is a small living area with a fireplace.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
