The rustic charm of this spacious 70 square meter flat comes from the subtle decor using wood material and light tones and fabrics. The open plan kitchen fitted with black vinyl is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. Next to the kitchen island, find a wooden dining table and benches. The living area with a sofa is next to the kitchen. The space is illuminated from the long balcony fitted with a table and chairs. The two bedrooms each have ample storage space and queen-sized beds with brand new linens. Between both bedrooms, find a work station, with a desk hand made by a local artisan for Property Manager. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room. The full bathroom comes with shower and fresh towels. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
