The property is conveniently located in the Central West End, a block from the cathedral, and right between Washington and St. Louis University. It is within walking distance to Forest Park, allowing you to explore its natural beauty. Additionally, you can easily walk to the vibrant nightlife on Euclid Avenue or visit the Cortex Innovation District.
Inside, we invite you to soak up the historic charm and beautiful interior design. The spacious kitchen, equipped with a drip coffee machine, is perfect for entertaining your group! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our family-friendly condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking both comfort and entertainment during their stay in St. Louis.
Dogs under 30 lbs are allowed at this property for a pet fee of $125 up to 2 dogs :) There is a Pack N’ Play and High Chair on site!
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation!
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
There are 2 cameras on front porch and 2 on the corner of the building solely to keep track of our cleaning team :)
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
