Welcome to your vacation rental home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Willoughby Acres in north Naples, Florida. The single family pool home has an extended screened lanai with a tiki bar, gas grill, pool and a extra large backyard with fruiting trees and a huge Banyan tree providing tons of shade! The pool is a heated, salt water pool for your enjoyment. Your vacation home has 3 full bedrooms along with a den and 2 pull out sofas.
Our short term rental was completely refurnished in 2021 and sleeps up to 10. There are 2 king beds, 1 full sized bed, and 2 full sized pull out beds. The first pull out sofa is in the main bedroom and the second pull out sofa is located in the den which can be closed off for a private space that has its own full sized bathroom and outside access to the lanai and the pool. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
