Accommodation is spacious and spread over three floors with two bathrooms and two bedrooms making it ideal for two couples or a family. A lovely light and airy open-plan living space encompasses the whole of the ground floor, with ample room for relaxing, dining and catering.

Enter through the porch, which has space to hang your coats and leave your shoes, into the open plan ground floor. Please note that the heating is underfloor throughout so don’t be surprised not to see any radiators.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • The first floor bedroom will be made up as a super king unless requested as a twin.
  • A travel cot and high chair are available if requested at the booking stage.
  • Only one well-behaved dog is allowed
