Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - This is a residential building so no noise between 10pm and 7am and no groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
  • - The person making the booking must be staying at the property. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please check with me first, before you book.
  • - The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
  • - The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests. If you plan to have visitors, please check with me first, before you book.
  • - No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.
  • - The car park is accessed via a car lift, which like all things mechanical occasionally stops working. Use of the car lift is as your own risk.
  • - The key lockbox is located at the top of a steep public footpath which can only be accessed on foot, approximately 2 minutes walk from the street. You will need to leave your car down on the street and walk up to collect the key. Guests are required to read all my messages which will contain the instructions on how to easily locate and access the apartment.
