Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • - This is a residential building so no noise between 10pm and 7am.
  • - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
  • - No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke/vaping/drugs or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping or illegal drug use.
  • - To protect the carpet, please remove shoes at the front door.
  • - Guests are required to read all my messages which will contain the instructions on how to easily locate and access the apartment.
