The Wash House is a charming, recently renovated cottage in the garden of The Old Post Office in Middleton, an ideal base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). This one-bedroom holiday home features a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area where you can unwind and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.
Ground floor:
Well-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area with butler’s sink, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Living room with a sofa, wicker chair and a newly installed wood burner for added warmth and comfort (the open fireplace situated in the living room is currently out of order).
Wet room with shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and WC.
First floor:
Mezzanine double bedroom with bedside tables, hanging rail and Velux window. Please note the stairs up to the bedroom are quite steep. The ceiling in the bedroom is sloped so please be mindful when moving around up there.
