A gas fireplace welcomes you home after a fun day on the mountain and the fully equipped kitchen allows you the option to make a hearty breakfast and hit the mountain. Bedding includes a king in the master, 2 doubles and a sofa sleeper in the loft area. Professionally managed by an on-site local Snowmass team. Offering the perfect location, our condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
