This Victorian home has recently undergone a top-to-bottom renovation, and now stands ready to serve as the outstanding home away from home for Lucky guests, in Savannah’s Historic District. This exquisite property features high-end furnishings, and finishes, fitted for a guest looking for a getaway with impeccable style.
Inside, on the main floor, you’ll find separate, grand and stylishly appointed living space with rich hardwood flooring and original glass pocket doors that open into each space. Ornamental stone hearths with incredible hand details, crown molding, and high ceilings mix with sophisticated-yet-comfortable furnishings to create an inviting space for guests to relax.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen features custom cut marble countertops, high-end cabinetry, and top of the line appliances, which include a gas range, wine chiller, and much more. The ample amount of counter space is ideal for home-cooked, or catered meals. The center island creates an inviting atmosphere to keep the conversation flowing, fitted with a deep sink and additional storage. Beyond the kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away, with a dedicated folding station directly above.
You’ll find the home’s four bedrooms spread out amongst 5,300 square feet, and three stories. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, ample closets and a full en suite bathroom. Off of the main bedroom, a trunk room includes a twin bed, perfect for young children. The second bedroom has additionally features a king-size bed, and original panel walls with calming hues. A large, third bedroom has a queen bed with warm tones, and a twin trundle bed. Moving over to the fourth bedroom, a Queen size bed is offered with plenty of storage. On the third floor, considered the loft, the space boasts with light, vaulted ceilings, and original windows. Two full size beds, and a queen bed have been custom built, just off of the luxurious bathroom that features a spacious walk-in shower.
