The internal living space of this former granary spans three storeys and has been beautifully renovated with simple and modern detailing to reflect its history supplying the grain for the Tide Mill next door. Bedrooms, with luxurious super king size beds, sit on the ground and top floors, each with its own bath/shower room and there’s a single pull out bed in the top room for a ’little guest’ if that’s more convenient. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • This property does not accept dogs as it's against the covenant so you would be asked to leave if you bring a dog.
  • Whilst children are welcome and there's a travel cot please note that the proximity to water and the bedrooms (on the ground and second floors so not close) aren't ideal for young children and
  • BBQs are also not allowed as the property is Grade II listed.
