Kipper Cottage at ’The Old Smokehouse’ is in the heart of Southwold, with the luxury of off street parking! It is only a few paces from the seafront, market place and High Street with its eclectic range of boutique and High Street shops in this renowned seaside town on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. This holiday home is peacefully tucked away with two additional properties. A fantastic cottage which is modern and comfortable, perfect for a seaside holiday or short break with family and friends.
Kipper Cottage is a hidden gem, tucked away off a busy street with the luxury of having a private parking space.
The front door opens into the bright and airy open plan lounge / kitchen / diner. The high ceilings and Velux window makes this feel spacious and inviting. The lounge area has a two-seater sofa and two armchairs where you can relax and watch your favourite programs or films on the Smart TV. The well equipped modern kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and oven, an integrated fridge with a small freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a table and 4 chairs should you wish to dine in.
Door leads to the downstairs bathroom with a bath with a waterfall shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Ground floor bedroom with twin beds, bedside table and a cupboard with shelving and hanging space for your clothes.
Stairs lead to the second bedroom with a kingsize bed, two bedside tables and hooks for hanging clothes. A window looks out to the front and brings in natural light making this a lovely bright room.
Outside there is a private parking space and a small open courtyard area where can relax on those summer evenings with a glass of your favourite tipple and soak up the sun.
