The Farm Cottage is two miles away from boat docks along the Snake River where you can kayak, swim, walk, or just enjoy the sounds of nature/water with a beautiful sunset. This retreat is also midway from Boise and Pocatello, four miles to the new Burley Temple, and close to the historic Wilson Theater and Orpheum Theater. For adventure, the City Of Rocks, the Snake River, and Lake Clevand are close. Summer brings in good old-fashioned County fairs and rodeos in Burley, Rupert, and Oakley. July has the famous Burley Spudman triathlon. Fall also has straw mazes and pumpkin patches along with harvesting of potatoes, corn, hay, and sugar beets. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
