When you need a break from the sun, the air-conditioned interior features an open-concept layout. The living room comes complete with ample seating and a large TV, whereas the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar. Steps from this space, you’ll find a separate laundry room - ideal for refreshing your swimsuits. No one will have an issue getting comfortable amongst the home’s five bedrooms, lined with soft linens, vibrant pops of color, and private TVs. The little ones will adore their room’s nods at some of their favorite Disney characters. Additional perks for the kiddos include a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, and a high chair. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
