This Ptarmigan Village townhome comes fully updated and primed for a year-round retreat. High-end finishes include bamboo floors, granite countertops, and newer fixtures including Casper-brand mattresses. The main living area boasts a wall-mounted smart TV over a handsome stone fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to easily plan and prepare home-cooked meals. A beautiful private deck showcases incredible lake views and comes furnished with a gas grill and a dining table for outdoor leisure or alfresco meals. A lower-level, walk-out patio seating area includes a hammock for those afternoon naps. The home’s row-end location within the complex provides added privacy during your stay and this condo features one of the few layouts that does not require spiral stair access, making it more accessible than other options in the complex. The mounted mini-split air-conditioner in the loft supplies year-round comfort throughout the space.
During your stay, enjoy full access to the amenities at Ptarmigan Village including two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), an outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, the trout-stocked Elmer’s pond, a playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and hiking trails throughout the village that can take you all the way up to the ski village at the top of the mountain or all the way down to the lake. Ptarmigan’s private beach on Whitefish Lake is a short drive down the mountain.
Just a short drive down the mountain, the town of Whitefish offers a bounty of great restaurants, shops, live music/theatre, festivals, and a vibrant nightlife. Choose from over nine golf courses in the area where you can cross-country ski in the winter, 10 lakes nearby for boating, jet skiing, snowmobile, fishing/ice fishing, or just soaking up the sun on Whitefish Beach. There are horseback riding and sleigh rides in the snow, or yoga retreats outdoors. Glacier National Park and Glacier International Airport are both within easy reach of the town.
