Being mere minutes from the sea, you’ll be able to call any day a beach day, but when you aren’t hanging out on the white sand check out Portosueno Park, Palma Sola Botanical Park, Robinson Preserve, Tara Golf & Country Club, and a vast variety of eateries and shops. On days that you’d prefer to stay at home, simply walk out the back door where you’ll be delighted to find an enclosed pool! Pair your afternoon swims with a sunbathing session in the loungers and a barbecued meal, prepared on the gas grill. Inside, the open layout perfectly unites the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The oversized sofa and Smart TV in the living room are perfect for movie viewings, whereas the full kitchen positively gleams with its marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it comes time to eat, gather around the formal dining table or in the sunroom for a family-style meal. Both of the home’s bedrooms have been adorned with tasteful nautical mementos and are kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer, ample storage space, and internet access round out the marvelous amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
