Just a short distance from the center of Garda, guests will find amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within 200 meters, while renowned locations like Bardolino, Lazise, Sirmione, and Verona are easily reachable by car in 20-40 minutes. Families will appreciate the playground situated right in front of the apartment and the proximity to theme parks like Gardaland and Caneva World, accessible in less than 30 minutes. The apartment, spread over two levels, can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms, also offering a full bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a balcony, and of course, the charming equipped terrace. The interiors, characterized by a modern and elegant style, include amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking, a washing machine, a bicycle storage area, as well as bed linen and towels at no extra cost. The kitchen equipment meets every need for stays at Lake Garda, with a dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, oven, and various utensils. The panoramic terrace remains a strong point, ideal for dinners with a lake view, in addition to the communal pool, a relaxation oasis during the warmer periods. Located on the first floor and accessible only by stairs, the apartment promises an unforgettable stay thanks to its numerous amenities and its privileged position. Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation and at a variable additional cost. In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open). It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests’ departure, charges for restoring the apartment’s integrity will be applied. Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed. The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card. The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur an additional charge based on the extent of extra labor hours required.
