Kayenta has been welcoming guests for many years. Its fantastic position means you are able to walk to the best Kangaroo Valley has to offer, but you will still enjoy beautiful valley views. Features include an enclosed deck, pizza oven and large outdoor dining area, and demonstrate how Kayenta has been designed for comfort and making the most of the beautiful surrounds of the Kangaroo Valley.

Where will I be?
Kayenta is located in the picturesque village of Kangaroo Valley. The main street filled with shops and dining options is a short walk away. The towns of the Southern Highlands (Burrawang, Robertson, Moss Vale, Exeter, Berrima, Bowral) are within driving distance, as are the beaches of the Shoalhaven.
Why choose Kayenta?
Kayenta is full of charm. Mosaics add pops of colour in the garden and throughout the house, and the layout and furnishings make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is a great option if you are staying to attend a wedding at one of the local venues as the stop for many of the buses is just five minutes away.
How is the property laid out?
Kayenta has a large, comfortably furnished living room and a dining area that opens to the large, enclosed deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and uses the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shower room ensuite.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The large deck is enclosed with fly screens allowing you to sit in comfort. The gardens are lovingly maintained, with beautiful plants and mosaics placed throughout. There is a pizza oven, BBQ and generous outdoor dining area - perfect for eating alfresco! There are fantastic views of the valley.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room for year round comfort. There is also a log burning in the living room and electric heaters and blankets in the bedrooms to keep you warm in the winter.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Kayenta supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Kayenta has open air parking for 3 cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Kayenta is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
