Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- * Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
- * Unregistered guests are not permitted. The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
- * Government-issued ID required.
- * Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
- * Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- * Please respect the noise curfew. Please keep noise levels down after 10 pm and before 7.30 am. You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
- * Pets are not allowed.
- * Lock doors when you go out.
- * Turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
- * Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
- * Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish.
- * Remember to return the keys and remote to the mailbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges ($150-$350) will apply if you lose it or not return it.
- * You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
- * Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
- * Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
- By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
