This single-story home sits on a spacious piece of property, one that backs up to a lovely community pond and fountain. You’ll be close enough to the beach to get around on foot, with an array of restaurants, bars, shops, and mini-golf within a few blocks. After a gorgeous day at the beach, walk, ride your bikes, or drive home to spend golden hour in the shade of the side patio. Sear steaks or fresh seafood on the gas grill, gather around the picnic table for dinner, and move into the backyard after sunset to roast marshmallows around the firepit. Inside, the house is full of recent updates, from the new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops in the kitchen to the new windows and doors throughout. Cool off in central air conditioning, watch your favorite movies in the living room, and sleep soundly in four bedrooms - each with its own ceiling fan and TV.
