There are two community pools: both heated during winter, one is right across the street and the other features the only swim-up bar on the island! The third king bedroom on the top floor has beautiful storage, a large TV, and a shared flamingo wallpapered bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a one-of-a-kind basket mural, an en suite palm leaf wallpapered bathroom, a large TV, and access to the balcony to view the ocean. The fifth bedroom is the bunk room featuring four twins, a TV, and space for games and books. Kids will sleep better thanks to a custom door which is unique to The Palm. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
